As you are all aware, Sanshirokwai Dojo regretfully announced that the Master Sensei Steadman Davies MBE who ran the club at this site for over 30 years recently passed away.
Our warmest thanks
On August 19th the funeral of our beloved 'O Sensei' took place.
Sanshirokwai Dojo wishes to thank all the friends and family that attended in order to make the day the special occasion it was.
It was a good day throughout and the timing of each stage of the funeral was progressed impeccably, the high level of discipline and respect showed by all was testament to Sensei's teachings.
We would like to give a special thanks to the speakers, Arthur Cambrey the funeral directors, the minister Lyn Rees, Cor Meibion male voice choir, the local police, and last and not least the Llanelli community for making this day possible.
In the words of the great man himself - We know Steadman would not have expected it, but would have been very honoured.
